Your contribution

• Participate in the conception and implementation of the operational management instruments for portfolio management
• Help shape the introduction of the two methods Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budgeting in the process design and interfaces, as well as create the necessary documentation
• Assist in improving and automating end-to-end data quality through data collection, processing, and reporting
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and implementation of activities in technical management and help to further develop them
• Create documents and conduct demand-oriented training, workshops, and support offers in the two areas of Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budget
• Use the opportunity to independently design and implement projects (e.g., feedback cycles, agile working and learning methods, and in resource management)

• Completed university degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, Cybersecurity
• Independent and structured way of working as well as creative and innovative thinking
• Quick comprehension as well as a brave and proactive personality
• Interest and openness to agile working methods (especially in IT)
• Advantageous to have already gained military experience (as a militia army member) in recruit school or as a long-term conscript
