Engineering Intern

Location: internships available at our 3 production centers (Romont / Avenches / Orbe)

Rate: full-time 100%

Contract type: fixed-term internship contract (6 months)

When: desired start 1st quarter 2027

As an Engineering Intern, you will participate in operational maintenance reviews, the preparation, implementation and monitoring of indicators, as well as improvement projects. You will also support the production and logistics support teams.

• Define and apply the appropriate methodology to manage a cross-functional large-scale project
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Ensure a daily presence on the ground to support skill development and identify improvement opportunities.

What will make you successful

• Student in an Engineering school in mechanical / industrial / robotics engineering
• Field experience in an engineering or production department, an asset
• Project management experience, an asset
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
