• Drafting correspondence and decisions in intra-cantonal jurisdictional disputes between municipalities in the field of social assistance
• Drafting correspondence in inter-cantonal jurisdictional disputes in the field of social assistance
• Drafting correspondence as well as decrees regarding persons without a registered residence (Flottanzanzeigen)
• Providing general legal information on intra- and inter-cantonal jurisdictional disputes to the municipalities
• Clarifying legal questions

What you bring with you:

• Completed legal studies (lic. iur./MLaw or Bachelor; diploma can be submitted later)
• Stylish German in spoken and written form
• High sense of responsibility and reliability

Your working environment

The population is at the center of the activities of the Departement Gesundheit und Soziales. We work sustainably and purposefully for the security of their living areas.
Der Kantonale Sozialdienst is responsible for public social assistance, asylum and refugee affairs, as well as victim counseling and victim support. It is the appellate authority in the field of social assistance and supports the municipalities in the implementation of their family and elderly policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative offices, the municipalities, other cantons, the Confederation and third-party organizations.
