For the Specialist Staff Economic Assistance in the Sozialzentrum Wipkingerplatz, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement, fixed-term until 31 December 2027.

Tasks

• You support the specialist staff in the creation and development of technical foundations and in the preparation of decision-making bases, technical information, reports, and practical aids in the field of economic social assistance.
• You process assignments in connection with a new case management system and thus support citizen-oriented, efficient, and correct administrative action.
• With the support of your team colleagues, you advise employees and management members in the maintenance and development of subject-specific knowledge, the quality of services, and in the implementation of new requirements and guidelines.
• You support the planning and implementation of projects and participate in working groups and committees.
• You gain insight into the work and the organization of the largest social service in Switzerland and get to know the processes within a municipal administrative context.

Profile

• You have a Master's degree in social, legal, economic, or humanities.
• You have an interest in approaching tasks and projects interdisciplinarily and developing optimal solutions while considering socio-political, legal, business, and technical perspectives.
• You possess methodical skills for the structured processing of tasks.
• You enjoy project work and support the planning and implementation of projects.
• Very good oral and written communication skills as well as very good IT skills.
