• This internship position offers the opportunity to get to know the operation of a reception by being deployed in both early and late shifts after a careful introduction
• You are the 1st point of contact for our guests, answer questions, and pass on important information
• You perform various administrative tasks, carry out daily closings, and get to know the reservation system
• Digitalization is not a foreign word to you and you creatively contribute your own ideas and suggestions

Due to our small reception team, you will be able to fully live out your joy for independent work!

• You have a Matura degree, attended a commercial school, or have training in the commercial field
• German is your native language and you are proficient in French and English
• You are an outstanding people person and enjoy being in contact with guests, service providers, and teammates
