August 2027 Job description Do you love children, colorful chaos, and want to experience everyday daycare life up close? Do you enjoy playing, crafting, and laughing with little explorers - and finding out how much color actually fits on two small hands? Then you are exactly right with us! Who we are We are the Kita Rondolino - a new, cheerful and creative Kita, where children toddle through life with curious eyes and adults sometimes marvel at how lively a day can be. The Kita Rondolino was opened on 1. October 2023 and offers 42 care places for children from 3 months up to preschool age. Our small Kita universe consists of three groups. Your mission You accompany the children through their everyday life: playing, laughing, comforting and observing. You help the children with discovering and playing - and in between, you ensure that the Kita shines as brightly as the children's eyes. You support the team in the daily routine and get to know the pedagogical work step by step. You help with activities, excursions, rituals and free play.  You pitch in during everyday life - whether cleaning up, crafting or preparing offers. And of course: You are creative with us in the painting studio! What you bring with you Interest in working with children and in the profession of Fachperson Betreuung (Specialist in Care). Joy, patience and curiosity in dealing with small personalities. Motivation to learn new things and to take on responsibility. Reliability, team spirit and an open personality.
