This is what you have.

• You are between 20 and 30 years old, have your communications or business administration degree in your pocket or are well on your way (Bachelor or Master with a focus on marketing).
• You are looking for an entry into marketing communications consulting and enjoy project work.
• You are proficient in common Office tools, are digitally savvy and eloquent both orally and in writing. Business fluent German is a requirement, all other languages a plus.
• You are a winning personality who represents a reliable, exact and enthusiastic link between the agency and the client.
• You are a team player and capable of enthusiasm, work independently and exactly, are reliable, resilient, service-oriented and possess high initiative, high quality standards as well as a winning appearance.

This is what you do.

• In cooperation with the project managers, you look after smaller and larger clients as well as individual projects.
• You accompany projects carefully from A to Z and learn the basics of marketing communications.
• You hold the reins and ensure compliance and continuous optimization of workflows and results.
• You manage the agency's own website and the internal social media channels.
