Start date: immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term for 12 months

Your tasks

• Support in onsite support for our employees
• Collaboration in the ICT servicedesk (First- & Second-Level-Support)
• Collaboration with the engineering team
• Collaboration in ongoing ICT projects

Your profile

• Good technical understanding in the area of PC hardware and software (e.g., peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, etc.)
• Confident handling of Microsoft solutions such as Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Enjoyment of structured, independent work and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for technical platforms and solutions
• Affinity for the healthcare sector and interest in daily hospital life
