Contribute to the preparation of offer files intended for investors and real estate developers for land and real estate projects. Participate in the development and improvement of use concepts and project development strategies. Your profile Ongoing or completed studies in real estate management, business administration, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. Interest in real estate investments, real estate project development, and acquisition. Analytical mindset and good understanding of economic issues. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Autonomous, structured, and reliable way of working. First practical experience in the real estate sector. Excellent command of French, both written and oral; knowledge of English is an asset.
