Tasks
Your tasks:
Event organization: Support in the planning, organization, and implementation of events – from shopping center experiences to lifestyle and influencer events.
Collaboration with project management: You will work closely with the Event Marketing project management and actively support them in all tasks.
Office work: Assistance with administrative activities, creation of offers, research, and organization in the back office.
On-site event coordination: Be there live when it gets exciting, and support the coordination and implementation of the events.
Personal responsibility: Take on smaller projects and tasks independently and actively contribute your ideas.

Your profile:
You are curious, motivated, and enjoy thinking along – recognizing connections is second nature to you.
Independent working suits you, and you are not afraid to take on responsibility.
Organizational talent, creativity, and attention to detail characterize you.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Initial experience in the event or marketing sector is an advantage, but not a must; you are flexible and also ready to roll up your sleeves in the evenings or on weekends if necessary.
