Internship as a Personnel Consultant

In this versatile position, you will gain a broad and deep insight into the commercial activities of recruitment. As the business card of the agency, you are the first point of contact for clients and candidates. You can develop organizationally by coordinating appointments, receiving clients, supporting consultants, and independently performing general administrative tasks. With a high degree of personal responsibility, you will be given a lot of freedom to learn new things and immerse yourself in the recruitment process.

Main focuses of your work are:

• Building & maintaining customer relationships
• Searching for specialists
• Administrative support for personnel consultants
• Creating application dossiers
• Independent and goal-oriented work planning
• Digital recruiting
• Maintenance of online marketing channels

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training / construction professions are an advantage and are looking for entry into the commercial or HR field
• Open and communicative personality who appreciates daily contact with clients and candidates
• Winning, competent and well-groomed appearance
• Good PC / Microsoft Office skills
• Sales flair
• Self-organized, reliable and goal-oriented working style
• Interest in Swiss labor law
