• Collaborate on project, planning, and organizational work of the Applications, Training and Planning division
• Elaborate and develop plans, bases, and decision-making documentation
• Participate in projects or assume partial tasks, including controlling and project administration

What distinguishes you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (university of applied sciences or university), preferably in business administration or business information technology
• Interest in business administration processes, digital applications, and IT topics
• Experience or affinity in project work and project management
• Excellent editorial and conceptual skills; stylistic confidence
• Autonomous and structured way of working, interdisciplinary approach
• Good active knowledge of a second official language

fedpol in action for Switzerland -- always & everywhere.
fedpol protects persons and buildings under the responsibility of the Confederation. The Federal Security Service (FSS) of fedpol develops threat assessments and security devices and protects members of the Federal Assembly, employees of the Confederation, and persons to be protected by virtue of international law. It is responsible for the protection of civil buildings of the Confederation as well as the diplomatic and consular representations of foreign states in Switzerland. The FSS also ensures the training and deployment of security guards in civil aviation. The Applications, Training and Planning division elaborates bases and plans the activities of the operational sectors of the FSS and manages the Confederation's Hearing Center. It directs the competence center for security police training and ensures security in the Parliament Building, the seats of the Federal Council, and at the fedpol headquarters. It is also responsible for the recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel on board Swiss aircraft in international air traffic.
