Job Description For our Research & Development team, we are looking for our future intern for a duration of 6 months, starting from May 2027. During your internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, in an environment where excellence, precision, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of concerns. In this framework, you will be responsible for: * Participating in the analysis of departmental processes and interfaces (process mapping, VSM, SIPOC, ISHIKAWA, data collection) * Identifying areas for improvement in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs * Proposing and implementing concrete solutions (Lean, 5S, Kaizen), as well as specifications for the implementation of dashboards and indicators * Designing a tool allowing the reporting of improvement ideas as well as AP Operational Excellence models, intended to enrich the toolbox * Finally, you will be required to collaborate with different multidisciplinary teams Qualifications * You hold or are in the process of obtaining a university degree in continuous improvement, quality, or industrial management * You know Lean tools, Six Sigma or equivalent, as well as the Office pack * Rigorous and detail-oriented, you possess good interpersonal and communication skills * You perfectly master French orally and in writing, English is a plus Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Additional Information You wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
