The internship serves for initial professional experience and, among other things, also for preparation for a bar exam. The internship lasts i.d.R. at least 6 months.

Your working environment

We are responsible at the Staatsanwaltschaft Aargau (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/staatsanwaltschaft) for criminal proceedings against adults in the Canton of Aargau. We conduct the preliminary proceedings and, in close cooperation with the police, prosecute crimes and criminals. We issue penal orders, file indictments, and represent the state's criminal claim in court.
