As an intern at the reception and telephone of our Lausanne agency, you will ensure that our tenants and clients are correctly served in this 12-month professional relationship. You will also have the opportunity to discover the real estate sector and enter this exciting sector directly after your completed training. #### Your mission in detail * Personal and telephone support of our tenants/clients at the reception and telephone * Transferring telephone calls to the responsible contact persons and also providing information yourself * Supporting the organization/management of repair and maintenance measures * Performing administrative and secretarial tasks * Assistance with administrative management (clarifications, shipping, rental contracts, etc.) #### Your profile * You have a solid basic education (Immobase training is an asset). * You possess excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an asset. * You are courageous, flexible, and, as a multi-skilled person, you skillfully use your versatile talents every day #### Our offer * Interesting tasks and many new things to learn * A digitized working world with clear processes * The internship is paid CHF 2'000 gross per month (13 salaries) #### I want to work with and at Privera!
