More than 2000 people are employed here and the site houses Roche's largest and most innovative packaging plant in the world.The PositionAs an intern in the Antibiotics area as an Asset Excellence Manager at the Kaiseraugst production site, you will support the team in various matters. In this internship, you will:Be actively involved in core compliance activities such as Batch Record Review, GMP training, and process improvement and document management (processing of deviations, Technical Changes or CAPA)Support overarching GMP projects across value streamsTogether with the team, drive Lean Production methods and live them in daily businessContribute your ideas for improving quality, plant efficiency, cost reduction and processesGet to know the process workflows from material delivery, sterile filling, visual inspection to labeling and packaging of the finished productMonitor and promote compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, as well as the conscious promotion of operational safetyWho You AreYou are enrolled or have completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of pharmacy (incl. pharmacist in internship), chemistry, process engineering, engineering, biology or related natural sciences within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge as part of an internship of at least 6 months in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, you round off your profile with the following competencies:Quick comprehension and great interest in technical processesVery independent and structured way of working with a high degree of initiativeA team-oriented mindset with a view to constant process improvement and the ability to provide constant performance at a high level in a constantly changing environmentKnowledge and committed use regarding process improvements (e.g. Lean Production System) as well as Agile Management or microbiological knowledge are an advantageAbility and openness to recognize and live the opportunities and advantages of change.
