What you can achieve

• You support projects from initiation to completion and in doing so get to know the processes, methods and governance of innovation and project implementation at PostFinance
• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and promote cooperation between Business, IT and other relevant stakeholders
• You create transparency regarding progress, risks, dependencies and goal achievement and thereby support informed decisions at all levels
• Monitoring project progress as well as ensuring compliance with schedules, quality requirements and agreed goals is easy for you
• You accompany the introduction of new technologies and contribute to the further development of future-proof platforms and services
• You are interested in transformative initiatives from the areas of Risk, Compliance & Legal, Finance, Corporate Development & People and IT & Operations and you succeed in thinking your way into different topics

What you bring with you

• You have a Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or computer science that was not more than two years ago at the start of the program or you are at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's studies
• Great interest, fundamental understanding or initial experience in the field of project management
• Independent way of working, initiative and ability to self-organize paired with strong team player qualities; willingness for joint problem solving in project teams
• Joy in the coordination and management of project teams and the promotion of interdisciplinary exchange
• Level-appropriate communication as well as the ability to communicate and present complex issues clearly and understandably
• Very good German skills
