Migration concerns us

The State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) is responsible for all matters relating to foreign law and asylum law in Switzerland

The Residence sections deal with the fascinating and extremely varied legal issues concerning the lives of persons admitted provisionally after the conclusion of their asylum procedure. This includes, among other things, applications for family reunification, change of canton, statelessness, secondary asylum, rectification of data, and consultation of files, as well as the examination and, if applicable, revocation of provisional admission or the determination of its end.

Complementary information

Not more than one year must have passed between obtaining the degree and the start of the internship.

The duration will be limited to four months (from 1 January to 31 April 2027).
