MPC Intern 3+1 (12 months)

The Théâtre de Beausobre brings the Ville de Morges to life with its many shows and events in the varied fields of theatre, song, dance, humor, and young audiences. For over thirty years, more than 2500 shows have been presented in this mythical hall of 850 seats, not counting the many private performances or those organized by local societies in the region or even the two flagship events of the city, namely the Morges-sous-Rire and Diabolo festivals.

For the 2027 school year, the administration of the Théâtre de Beausobre is looking for a:

MPC Intern 3+1 (12 months)

Main tasks:

• counter reception and management of telephone calls
• processing of incoming correspondence and drafting of various letters and documents
• management of the general e-mail inbox
• taking minutes of the weekly meeting
• collaboration in ticketing management
• creation of various Excel spreadsheets
• support for the coordination of shows and the organization of events such as Morges-sous-Rire and Diabolo Festival.
