Joining Genedis for your MP-E internship means discovering the activities of a customer service department within a regional company active in the energy and multimedia sectors. You will benefit from quality support and develop your administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Your internship

During your year of training, you will be required to:

• Advise and support customers regarding our subscriptions and multimedia services
• Process contracts, customer requests, and various administrative procedures
• Participate in the monitoring of billing, cancellations, and reception activities.

Profile sought

Your prerequisites

• Position reserved exclusively for students of business and general culture schools (ECCG)
• Having successfully completed the 3 years of ECCG in order to satisfy the admission conditions for the professional maturity in Economy and services, "economy" type
