What you will do with us Main tasks:           • You write texts for our magazine, web and newsletter • You develop and produce social media posts (incl. video/reel content) • You produce magazine and annual report - from editing to finishing touches Additional tasks:   *   * • You support campaigns and help to get contents to the point • You research topics around human rights and prepare them in an understandable way • You help with media work and get insight into fundraising • You participate in events and their communication What you will learn • How NGO communication really works • How you tell complex topics clearly and relevantly • How campaigns are created - from idea to implementation • How you adapt contents for different channels • How communication creates impact What you should bring • Degree in communication (FH/Uni, at least Bachelor) or equivalent • You like to write and do so in an understandable way • You work independently and bring your own ideas • You are interested in human rights and social issues • You have a feeling for social media (you will learn tools with us) • German very good, French good, English an advantage What you will take away from us • Insight into the communication work of an NGO with a clear attitude • Your own responsibility and visible results of your work • Space to try things out and improve • Cooperation on an equal footing • CHF 2'000 gross per month Sounds like you?
