What you can contribute

• Help implement and develop internal consulting services related to the digital transformation of processes
• Support the team in the process analysis and design stages as well as in requirements engineering, and participate in the implementation of transformation projects
• Establish procedures professionally and adapt them to quantitative analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of workshops and project administration
• Participate in the development of fundamental documents, research reports, and studies

• Higher education (bachelor/master), completed or close to completion, in computer science (business informatics), economics, or innovation and technology management
• Strong interest in digital transition, process optimization, and project management
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, quick-wittedness
• Sense of innovation, service orientation, team spirit, and motivation to learn
• Very good knowledge of a second official language

The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) is the Confederation's competence center for all matters relating to economic policy and the labor market.
