Exciting tasks await:

• Preparation of hearings (creating minutes, settlements, calculation tables etc.)
• Taking minutes and participating in court hearings, hearings, inspections etc., as well as their follow-up
• Independent drafting of judgments (in the dispositive, with reasoning) in all proceedings of criminal, civil, and child and adult protection law
• Clarification of legal questions
• Participation in proceedings of the coercive measures court
• Activity and contact person for questions in the field of inheritance law and SchKG

What you bring:

• Completed legal studies (lic. iur./ MLaw) or shortly before completion
• Interest and ability to deal with complex legal issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Exact, expeditious, reliable and independent way of working
• Quick comprehension and good editorial skills with very good German skills
• Court, administrative or lawyer practice is an advantage
• Teamwork skills and resilience
