Junior Real Estate Analyst / Intern
We are looking for a Junior Real Estate Analyst / Intern for a minimum duration of 12 months.
Your main missions will be:
Analysis of income-producing properties and real estate portfolios
Financial and DCF modelling
Profitability analyses and investment simulations
Market studies and location analyses
Participation in appraisals and due diligences
Support for real estate consulting and strategy mandates
Participation in transaction activities
Preparation of reports, presentations, teasers and sales memorandums
Collection, analysis and structuring of data
Participation in visits and client meetings
Profile sought:
Bachelor or Master in economics, finance, real estate, engineering or equivalent training
Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
Very good writing skills
Fluent/perfect French; English and/or German being an asset
Rigorous, autonomous, curious person with a strong interest in investment real estate
Start of internship: Immediate
