Quality Internship - Optimization and digitalization of metrological processes (M/F) - Dubois DÉPRAZ

Your mission :

Participate in the improvement of metrological management by developing digital tools, advanced analysis methods, and robust acceptance criteria to ensure the reliability of controls and associated decisions.

Your tasks :

• Develop a specific interface for the management of standards for automatic control equipment ;
• Develop tools for the processing and exploitation of raw result files with the Control Methods team ;
• Define the acceptance rules for calibrations (accuracy and homogeneity of the fleet) ;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the metrological fleet management processes ;
• Improve R&R and intercomparison calculation models for machines using AI tools in order to strengthen the quality of analyses and corrective actions ;
• Formalize the conclusions of studies and formulate improvement recommendations.

Your profile :

• You are in engineering training with teaching in quality ;
• You have knowledge of quality and statistical tools (capabilities, SPC) ;
• You master common IT tools with an appetite for programming (VBA ; Power BI ; Qlik Sense ; Minitab Connect ; -) ;
• You have experience in project management with the ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team ;
• You are a field person while being proactive ;
• You have a sense of rigor, an analytical and synthesis mindset ;
• Listening, interpersonal skills, and autonomy are traits that characterize you.
