Our interns are an important part of the Livit-Family. Together with your supervisor, you will support our HR team in the varied day-to-day business, take on responsibility and receive exciting insights into the world of Human Resources. Your tasks ##

• Support with entries and departures incl. onboarding new employees
• Collaboration in the creation of job references
• Writing correspondence
• Co-responsibility for course administration as well as contact person for participants and speakers
• Support in the area of vocational training
• Organization and appointment coordination
• Collaboration in the recruitment process
• Processing of physical and electronic mail
• Creation and maintenance of e-personnel files
• Support with expense controls

Your profile ##

• You have completed basic school education (e.g., Matura), a commercial school diploma or a comparable training
• You are interested in HR topics as well as business administration and personnel-related connections
• You can express yourself fluently in the German language both orally and in writing
• You do not shy away from using your French skills from your school days (oral and written)
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and enjoy dealing with people
• You enjoy using new technologies and digital tools
• You are curious, willing to learn and open to changes
• You work reliably and have a quick grasp
