Have you already completed your Bachelor's studies and would like to gain initial professional experience in the field of human resources development? Then apply to us for the versatile university internship. We are a small but fine team that is self-organized to take care of products, processes and projects surrounding human resources development for the entire administration of the Canton of Bern.

Your tasks

• Participation in strategic human resources development projects
• Taking on conceptual tasks, including research
• Collaboration in the evaluation and further development of products, such as learning offers
• Supporting the organization of workshops and meetings
• Administrative support

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree in psychology, economics or similar
• Relevant academic achievements in the field of personnel and organizational development or HR
• Independent, proactive way of working and ability to work in a team
• Motivated to contribute new ideas and to develop further
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
