As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a recruitment intern to strengthen our team and actively participate in the search for talent in the watchmaking and industrial sectors. Your missions: In direct collaboration with our recruitment consultants, you will notably participate in: - Searching for and identifying candidates in the fields of watchmaking, microtechnology, and industry. - Performing sourcing on recruitment platforms, professional networks, and our database. - Contacting candidates and conducting initial telephone exchanges. - Analyzing CVs and pre-selecting profiles according to our clients' needs. - Participating in the writing and publication of job advertisements. - Ensuring the follow-up of applications and contributing to the update of our database. - Discovering the different stages of the recruitment process, from searching for candidates to presenting them to companies.

Your profile

• You come from a training or professional background in the fields of watchmaking, microtechnology, or industry. - You possess a good knowledge of technical trades and production environments. - You have a true commercial flair, excellent interpersonal skills, and are naturally comfortable on the phone. - You enjoy exchanging, creating relationships, and meeting new people. - You are curious, dynamic, organized, and demonstrate initiative. - You are persevering, appreciate challenges, and know how to work autonomously while cultivating team spirit. - You master common IT tools and are comfortable with new technologies. - You wish to discover recruitment and develop your skills in a profession combining technical expertise, human relations, and a commercial approach.
