Start January 2027 Perspektive on a training position from summer or autumn 2027 Das Heimetli in Sommeri TG is a socio-pedagogical small home for seven to nine children and adolescents from kindergarten age to the completion of their initial training. The focus is on reliable relationships, a clear daily routine and accompaniment that is oriented towards the individual child and their environment. Our guiding principle accompanies us in this: «Zur Liebe gehört, dass sie einen Menschen dort aufsucht, wo er ist, und nicht dort, wo man ihn schon haben möchte.» Your tasks ## You work in the team from the beginning and get to know the socio-pedagogical daily routine step by step. Under guidance, you take on increasingly more responsibility in accompanying the children and adolescents. At Heimetli, social pedagogy takes place in everyday life. That's why your internship includes a wide range of different tasks. These include: • Accompaniment of children and adolescents in everyday life • Shaping the Heimetli daily routine • Joint cooking as well as participation in household and garden work • Participation in team meetings • Insights into parent work and cooperation with schools and other specialists • Taking on tasks according to your level of training Praxis guidance ## During the internship, you will be accompanied by a qualified practice trainer. Regular training and reflection discussions support your learning process and help you to professionally categorize experiences from everyday life. Perspective ## The internship can be the starting point for long-term cooperation. If you are suitable and meet the admission requirements, there is the possibility from summer or autumn 2027 to take on a training position at Heimetli and study social pedagogy while working.
