With its approximately 4000 employees, the Kantonspolizei Zürich takes responsibility for security in the Canton of Zürich. Our communications department is responsible for the multifaceted internal and external communication and for all public relations.
Would you like to gain valuable insights into the world of organizational communication and be creatively and communicatively active in the process? Then you have come to the right place! To reinforce our team, we are looking for an intern starting February 1, 2027. You will be actively involved in the diverse tasks of our communications department and can fully contribute your knowledge and your creativity.

Intern Organizational Communication for 5 months 100%

Tasks

• Processing incoming media inquiries and communication with external partners
• Drafting media releases
• Creation and analysis of the daily media mirror
• Monitoring and evaluation of online media
• Editorial cooperation on the employee magazine and other internal publications
• Participation in multimedia projects and productions
• Planning, realization and publication of social media content
• Support in the organization and implementation of press conferences
• Cooperation in the planning and implementation of trade fairs and exhibitions

Profile

• Successfully completed assessment year in the field of communication or journalism (FH or Uni)
• Excellent German language skills and enjoyment of written expression
• Good knowledge in the use of social media and digital communication channels
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Independent, reliable way of working as well as team spirit
• Strong communication skills and interest in further development in the field of communication
