Job description

Nature lovers have the opportunity to complete the internship in the forest group. The internship is suitable as vocational orientation, as a preparatory year for studies in the social sector or for the FaBe training. We offer an apprenticeship for the 3-year FaBe training or for the shortened training 2 Y. or for the HF studies in childhood pedagogy. Male applicants are also welcome! Who are we Our nursery STEP-BY-STEP and our forest group offer 33 places for children from 3 months up to kindergarten entry a varied, feel-good place. The forest group is for children from 2 ½ years. The forest is located in Au-Wädenswil. The children are given the opportunity to be able to develop and unfold at their own pace. At the same time, the children learn both the English and the Swiss German language in everyday life and through play. Our educational style is partnership-based and primarily a developmental style. Our basic philosophy corresponds to the Remo Largo principle (pediatrician and specialist author). He writes among other things: -The child is unique, a learning being, it should be at the center, it has the urge for independence, it wants to learn constantly...
