For the upcoming August 2027 intake, we are looking for for our HR & Finance department a: ### MPC 3+1 Intern (12 months) - M/F/X MISSIONS: * Participate in the administrative management of personnel and the monitoring of HR files * Ensure the reception and processing of emails and telephone calls * Process incoming correspondence and participate in the drafting of letters * Contribute to the updating of databases and the monitoring of internal documents * Participate in the preparation and organization of internal events * Provide support in the processing, verification, and accounting of invoices * Participate in the monitoring of payments and various current accounting operations * Ensure the filing, scanning, and archiving of administrative and accounting documents * Collaborate on the various administrative activities of the Human Resources & Finance department YOUR PROFILE: * You have successfully completed the 3 years of ECCG and met the admission requirements for the professional maturity in Economy and services, type << economy >> * You enjoy human contact and have a sense of customer service * You feel comfortable in an administrative environment and enjoy varied tasks * You like working in a team and contributing to a positive collective dynamic * You are curious, motivated, and willing by nature, with a real desire to learn and develop your skills * You master common IT tools: the Office suite * You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
