Over 2000 people are employed here and the site houses Roche's largest and most innovative packaging operation worldwide.The PositionAs an intern in the field of Quality Control GMP Systems & Investigations at the Kaiseraugst production site, you will support the team in various matters. During this internship, you will:Provide administrative support in the maintenance and updating of documents and lists as part of LifeCycle Management.Support the team or Quality Control in the preparation of audits and inspections, for example by compiling documents, acting as a scribe in the front office, or providing back office support.Accompany process improvements and participate in the application of Lean Production Systems (LPS) and digital tools for continuous improvement.Assist in the preparation and implementation of change and deviation management within the team.Promote knowledge and information transfer within the squad through the preparation of presentations or communication materials.You will support the maintenance of digital collaboration tools to make the huddle structure and task distribution within the team more efficient.Gain insight into ensuring compliance guidelines at a modern production site.Who You AreYou are enrolled or have completed your studies at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy) or related disciplines within the last 12 months, and are interested in applying your knowledge within a 9 - 12 month internship in a modern working environment, as well as getting to know the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, you round off your profile with the following competencies:You bring a high affinity for quality control, compliance topics, and precise working in a regulated environment.You work in a structured manner and always maintain an overview, even with administrative tasks.You have strong communication skills, are team-oriented, and value exchange in an agile, dynamic environment.You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as solid basic knowledge of English.Proficiency in common IT systems and the willingness to learn new tools distinguish you.Additional InformationNon-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must attach a confirmation from the university to their application stating that they must complete a mandatory internship as part of their education.Part-time employment or the writing of a thesis is not possible for this position.Application ProcessThe preferred start of the internship is in February 2027 or by arrangement.
