Do you want to tell stories that show diversity and stay in memory?
In our Communications Department, you will gain insight into organizational communication, can sharpen your skills, and create content with meaning. This internship position is ideally suited as a pre-internship (e.g., for a FH degree), for professional reorientation, or as an entry into organizational communication.

Your main tasks

• Storytelling & Editorial: You research, conduct interviews, and write interesting articles for our publication "Zämehebe", our website, and the newsletter.
• Social Media Production: You plan, create, and post varied content (text, image, video/audio) for our channels.
• Communication Daily Life: You lend a hand with current projects and help to make the values and offerings of Werkheim Uster visible.

What you bring with you

• At least 18 years old
• Completed basic education (e.g., Fachmittelschule, Gymnasium, Berufsmaturität, or vocational training)
• Joy in writing texts as well as practice in photographing and filming with a smartphone
• Social media affinity and know-how in creating multimedia content (e.g., with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Teamwork skills, reliability, flexibility, and creativity
• Empathy, sociability, and openness
