Are you interested in communications? Do you like to roll up your sleeves in daily work and contribute your own ideas? Then you are exactly right with us. As of 1 February 2027, we are looking for a creative and independent personality for a 6-12 month internship.

Your tasks

• You maintain the content of the website, the intranet, as well as our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook).
• You write and edit online and offline texts for internal and external target groups.
• You take photos yourself and look for suitable shots in image databases.
• You film and edit videos and assist with larger film projects.
• You design flyers, posters, and online banners using a template.
• You assist in the organization and implementation of events and gain insight into media work.
• You exchange ideas with various business areas and thus discover the diversity of WAS Luzern.

Your competencies

• You are a student or a career changer in the field of communications and/or marketing or already possess a successful degree (Bachelor / Master).
• You have good knowledge of MS Office programs and ideally of the Adobe programs InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• You bring your creative ideas and current insights in corporate communications into your daily work.
• You are a communicative personality with a positive and winning aura.
• You are a team player and find it easy to integrate quickly into a team.

Wirtschaft Arbeit Soziales is the Lucerne center for social insurances and the labor market. The business area WAS Services offers diverse support to the umbrella organization and the other associated business areas Ausgleichskasse, IV, and wira.
