Intern in the field of Job Coaching ##

This vacancy is addressed to students who want to complete their second internship for their training in Social Work.

Your tasks ###

You will take over, in an appropriate scope, the independent case management for your own participants (youths and adults) including reporting and documentation. You will maintain a close exchange with internal and external stakeholders. You will learn and regularly conduct individual and small group coachings with our participants and support them in the application workshop.

• Joy in working with unemployed persons
• very good German language skills and confidence in written expression as well as in handling digital tools
• structured working
• very good user knowledge in MS Office
• initial experience in conversation management is an advantage
