Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% This is what you can contribute <br /> • Support the project management in the creation of the Foreign Economic Report as well as in strategic processes within SECO. • Research data and information and prepare possible graphical representations of the contributions for the Foreign Economic Report. • Finalize the overall report in cooperation with the project leader and the responsible editors. • Prepare meetings with external and internal stakeholders and support their implementation. • Support the area of responsibility in other task areas, namely in the coordination of EU affairs, as needed. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • You have a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in economics, law, and political science or international relations, and have a flair for economic issues and data-driven analyses. • You are interested in foreign economic policy and in the work of the Federal Council and Parliament. • You are proactive, enjoy contact with different offices, and work equally well independently and in a team. • You have a quick grasp, are an organizational talent, write securely, and are precise and reliable. • You have very good knowledge of MS-Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and bring experience in data visualization and presentation design. • Very good knowledge of one official language and good knowledge of a second language. <br /> In brief The Foreign Economic Services (AF) area of responsibility at SECO deals with a wide range of foreign economic policy issues. Coordinating the work on the annual Foreign Economic Report of the Federal Council as well as strategic work are among the tasks of the area of responsibility. To support this work, we are looking for a university intern who is interested in current foreign economic policy issues and wants to gain insight into the work of the federal government at the interface of economy and politics.
