Your missions ##

• As an intern, you create and monitor supplier claims,
• You monitor the processing of claims on quantitative and qualitative levels,
• You ensure the follow-up of supplier 8D reports relating to internal problems (machining and assembly) as well as after-sales,
• You invoice the costs related to claims and perform the analysis of these costs,
• You organize the return of parts subject to a claim to the suppliers,
• You ensure the monitoring of supplier part stocks dedicated to after-sales,
• You participate in continuous improvement projects.

Your profile ##

• You hold a CFC in mechanics or technology and are completing a university degree in engineering or an equivalent training,
• You are proficient in MS-Office IT tools and have basic knowledge of MS Sharepoint and Casq'IT,
• You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of English, German is an asset,
• You demonstrate a good ability to work in a team and show autonomy in the execution of your tasks.
