As a Medical Claims intern, you will become part of the Claims area of Zurich Switzerland, in the Medical Claims team, and actively contribute to our common success. You will support the team in managing claims in medical and hospital liability, examine claim notifications, prepare the necessary documentation for the evaluation of the case, and manage dossiers with the support of our experts. You will also be in contact with customers and counterparties, as well as supporting the team in administrative activities and projects. What awaits you in this role * You support our team in the management of medical claims and contribute to an efficient and correct settlement of claims. * You examine incoming claim notifications and prepare the necessary documentation for subsequent management. * You clarify open issues with customers and service providers, ensuring smooth case management. * You collaborate on the optimization of internal processes and propose ideas to increase efficiency. * You perform administrative activities and support the team in ongoing projects. What distinguishes you * You are enrolled in a law degree course at a Swiss university for the entire duration of employment. * You have an interest in claims management; initial experience in a customer-oriented context is an advantage. * You communicate clearly and like interacting with people. * You work in a structured and accurate manner, maintaining an overview even in the most dynamic situations. * You possess excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
