Look forward to a varied internship where you can gain initial practical experience and accompany our adult residents with disabilities in a meaningful way through their daily lives. Your tasks • You will accompany and support our adult residents, focusing on the areas of work, daily life, and relationships. The focus is on participation, development, and self-determination. • You will contribute to the planning and implementation of the daily routine, as well as to festive, cultural, social, and personal events. • You bring a great interest in building and maintaining individual relationships with people in need of assistance. • We operate a 365-day business, around the clock. You will work mainly from Monday to Friday. • The internship lasts 6 to 12 months.  Your profile • Desire to get to know social pedagogical/heilpädagogical work or to complete an internship in connection with social pedagogical training (pre-internship or training internship). • You are at least 19 years old, have a basic education or a Matura diploma. • You think and act independently and look forward to working in a committed team. • You approach challenges openly and constructively and are flexible regarding changing needs and tasks. • You are communicatively strong, have a creative flair, and a great sense of humor.
