Ittigen | 80-100% This is what you can do <br /> • Analyze complex issues and prepare overview documentation, mainly in French • Perform administrative tasks and support the department in its various activities • Collaborate on various departmental projects, in particular on the implementation of measures for the Climate and Innovation Act, the enforcement of the Contaminated Sites Ordinance, the creation of the Network Status Report and the annual Sustainability Reporting • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and summaries, write minutes of technical meetings, mainly in French • Support the department administratively and editorially; be it in political matters (answering parliamentary initiatives, drafting ordinances, etc.), in citizen or business inquiries or in environmental matters (climate, sustainability, energy) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Bachelor or Master in Environmental Engineering, Political Science, Economics or Law • Open, initiative and motivated personality • Ability to quickly grasp complex issues • Organizational talent • Active knowledge of a second official language • Initiative and sense of responsibility paired with team spirit, interest in infrastructure and road issues <br /> In brief During one year, you will gain insight into a wide range of tasks, in particular in the handling of parliamentary initiatives and citizen inquiries as well as in financial planning, and get to know the functioning of the federal administration.
