For the Finance and Accounting department, we are looking for an independent and motivated Intern Finance and Projects 50 - 100%, starting by agreement, limited until

Tasks

• You will take over tasks in accounts receivable management as well as in account reconciliation.
• You will support the department head in the analysis of processes and develop optimization proposals.
• You will participate in the preparation of monthly, tertiary, and annual financial statements as well as the corresponding reports.
• You will independently conduct smaller controlling and MIS projects.

Profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree (University/FH) or initial training with further training in business administration
• Interest in financial topics in the context of sports promotion
• Joy in learning, networked thinking and good analytical skills
• Efficient, exact and independent way of working

About us

The Sportamt is a service department of the Schul- und Sportdepartement of the City of Zurich. It is the competence center for sports promotion and provides the sports-loving population and clubs with sports facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. The organization of compulsory swimming lessons as well as voluntary school sports are also among the core tasks of the Sportamt. With targeted information, the Sportamt motivates more movement and advises and supports sports organizations.
