The Municipality of the Ville de Prilly intends to guarantee a qualitative and harmonious urban development of the commune and the region, thus ensuring a high level of services for the entire population.
The Culture & Integration department of the Ville de Prilly is responsible for proposing and developing a cultural policy representative of the population's diversity with the objective of enabling the creation of social ties, developing a sense of belonging, and reducing socio-cultural disparities. The diversity of the audience and broad participation in cultural life represent fundamental issues of cohesion within society.

This internship offers you the opportunity to participate actively in the development of a new public policy in the field of the integration of immigrants, and to contribute to projects that concretely respond to the challenges of local life.
Project Management Intern (6 months at 80%)
Culture and Integration Department
Concretely, what will you do?
Contribute to the construction and development of the communal integration policy
Participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of projects promoting integration and social cohesion
Collaborate with communal services, institutional partners, and local associative networks
Participate in the networking of integration actors and the development of collaborations
Analyze needs, prepare work, and contribute to reflections related to integration challenges at the local level
Concretely discover the functioning of a communal administration and the mechanisms of local public action.
Your profile:
Being a Bachelor's or Master's student in public policy and management, human or political sciences, or in another discipline relevant to the position
Writing skills, analytical and synthesis skills
Listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Autonomy and teamwork
Sense of organization, versatility, and flexibility
Knowledge of German, English, and migration languages, an asset
