• Understand how organizations work and the economic and sectoral challenges they face
• Develop an understanding of accounting, audit, internal control, reporting, and regulatory frameworks
• Support assurance projects by delivering their outputs, including, for example, GAAP conversions, preparation of financial statements, monthly closing, management reporting, and documentation of internal controls
• Work collaboratively with teams from other service lines to provide analyses and recommendations to clients
• Develop people from the start of your career and build a wide professional network
• Bring your new ideas and pioneering thinking from the very start of your career at Deloitte
