The contribution you can make

• Contribute to the development and expansion of internal consulting services for the digital transformation process
• Provide support in process analysis and design, as well as in Requirement Engineering, and contribute to the implementation of transformation projects.
• Model processes professionally and prepare them for quantitative evaluation
• Provide support in the preparation of workshops and manage projects
• Collaborate in the preparation and drafting of plans, research reports and studies

What distinguishes you

• Completed or imminent university education (bachelor/master) in computer science (management), economics or innovation and technology management
• Strong interest in digitalization, process optimization and project management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and speed of learning
• Innovative personality, service-oriented and team-oriented, with a high willingness to learn
• Excellent knowledge of a second official language

The Resources field provides important cross-cutting services for the entire SECO in various sectors. Digitalization is gaining increasing importance, which is why a specialized team for digital transformation has been created. The person we are looking for will join the DigiTeam and help us shape and support digitalization.
