Exciting tasks await:

• Preparation for negotiations (creating protocols, comparisons, calculation tables, etc.)
• Taking minutes and participating in court hearings, hearings, inspections, etc.
• Independent drafting of judgments (in the dispositive, with reasoning) in all proceedings of criminal, civil, and child and adult protection law
• Clarification of legal questions
• Providing legal information in tenancy law
• Independent case processing in legal enforcement proceedings

What you bring:

• Completed legal Master's degree at a Swiss university or shortly before completion
• Interest and ability to deal with complex legal issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Exact, expeditious, reliable, and independent way of working
• Rapid comprehension and good editorial skills with very good German skills
• Court, administrative, or lawyer practice is an advantage
