Your contribution

• Plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate military education and training as well as multinational cyber exercises
• Collaborate within international Exercise Planning Groups (EPG) and assume responsibility for partial tasks and defined projects for the planning and preparation of multinational cyber exercises
• Support military planning and conduct processes, develop projects for planning and conduct documents as well as prepare conduct reports and other staff work
• Collaborate with national and international partners and with educational institutes as well as further develop international cooperation in matters of education
• Accompany education, exercise and coordination projects on an organizational level, prepare meetings and workshops, update pending tasks and deadlines as well as re-elaborate results and lesson learned
• Analyze training and knowledge needs within the framework of international projects, support multi-year planning and contribute to the further development of the capabilities of the Comando Ciber

What distinguishes you

• University diploma at bachelor or master level or in the process of obtaining a corresponding degree, preferably in a field of study relevant to the function
• Interest in security, defense and cyber policy, in military education and in international issues
• Preferably experience in military conduct or in the staff work of the Esercito svizzero Knowledge of Conduct and organization of army staffs (COSM) as well as international and NATO planning processes
• Willingness to assume responsibility as well as to handle complex tasks in an autonomous, structured and reliable manner
• Ability to think analytically as well as organizational and coordination skills; Precision in written expression and availability to carry out national and international business travel

In summary

A university internship with responsibility and international orientation: You will participate directly in the planning of multinational cyber exercises and international education projects, you will work within military staff structures and international planning and you will actively contribute to the further development of the international education and exercise activities of the Comando Ciber.
