Intern After Sales 100%

In detail, this means:

• Support of the customer service department with various administrative activities
• Monthly billing of services
• Creation of offers
• Preparation and processing of XENTRY diagnostic devices
• Cleaning and preparation of relevant data in the customer service area
• Creation of various evaluations, presentations, etc.
• Planning of and collaboration on internal and external events
• Supplier evaluation, revision of forms and work instructions, etc. in consultation with the specialist departments

What you bring with you:

• Open and communicative personality who enjoys dealing with people
• High resilience
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High degree of flexibility and motivation
• Very good German skills mandatory, further language skills an advantage (French/Italian/English)
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
• Initial professional experience and a certain affinity for numbers are an advantage
