Your tasks ##

• Support with entries and exits including onboarding new employees
• Collaboration in the creation of work certificates
• Drafting correspondence
• Co-responsibility for course administration as well as contact person for participants and speakers
• Support in the field of vocational training
• Organization and appointment coordination
• Collaboration in the recruitment process
• Processing physical and electronic mail
• Creation and maintenance of electronic personnel files
• Support with expense controls

Your profile ##

• You have completed the school part of the Commercial/Business School with good to very good performance
• You can express yourself fluently in the German language, both orally and in writing
• You do not shy away from applying your French skills from your school days (orally and in writing)
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are interested in HR processes as well as business management and personnel-related contexts
• You are communicative, like working in a team, and enjoy interacting with people
• You have good manners
• You enjoy using new technologies and digital tools
• You are curious and open to changes
• You learn easily and quickly and work reliably.
