The areas of responsibility of the office include interest representation, information and public relations, as well as the provision of services for around 50 regional member associations. To strengthen our digital and editorial communication, insieme Schweiz is looking for a committed person as Intern in Communication and Marketing 60% (the position is limited to one year, entry as soon as possible / by agreement) As a member of our communication team, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of our communication on all channels. You will create target-group-specific content, support the visibility of insieme Schweiz's activities, and help to raise public awareness of the concerns of people with cognitive impairments and their inclusion in society. Your tasks: Editorial and content creation Writing editorial content (articles and short contributions) Collaboration on the production of the insieme magazine, which appears three times a year Participation in the creation of visual and multimedia content (photos, short videos, stories, carousel posts) Social media and digital communication Support in the creation, planning, and publication of social media posts Community management Publication and updating of content on the website and blog Support in the creation and dispatch of the insieme newsletter Topic monitoring and analysis Assistance with media observation and monitoring of relevant developments in the areas of inclusion and intellectual disability Identification of communication-relevant topics Collaboration on the analysis and evaluation of key figures for the website, blog, social media, and newsletter Projects, events, and fundraising Support in all communicative work related to projects, campaigns, and events Assistance in organizing the annual meeting of the employees of our regional associations Collaboration with the member organizations and partners of the insieme network Support in the implementation of marketing and fundraising measures Collaboration on the preparation of donation mailings Analysis and administrative tasks in the field of fundraising Your profile: Ongoing or recently completed training in the fields of communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field Interest in inclusion, disability policy, and social and socio-political issues Stylistically correct German language skills and good Swiss German language skills in word and writing (at least level B2) Affinity for digital media and secure handling of social media platforms Creative and independent personality with good organizational talent Knowledge of Canva, CMS systems, newsletter tools, or the Meta Business Suite is an advantage We offer: A varied activity in a committed organization with a lot of scope for design and learning opportunities A appreciative and collegial working environment The opportunity to gain experience in the areas of digital communication, editing, content management, and institutional communication Collaboration on meaningful projects with social impact Central workplace in immediate proximity to Bern train station A limited employment contract for a period of one year Start of work: As soon as possible / by agreement Salary: CHF 1,200 per month for a 60% workload Applications from people with disabilities are given preference in the event of equal suitability.
